This allows the user to view, add, edit or delete examinations done by a student which have been entered as matriculation requirement.

To Add Examinations Done:
  1. Click on the “Student Information” button then at the “Student Information” page enter the student’s ID number and click on the search icon. This populates the fields with the student’s information.
  2. See the “Advanced Search” section on how to search for the student’s record if ID number is not known.
  3. Click on the “External Passes” tab, on “Examinations Done” then on the “Add” button.
  4. Enter the required information at the fields above then click on the “Save” button.
  5. Click the “OK” button at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.

To View Examinations Done:
  1. Click on the “Student Information” button then at the “Student Information” page enter the student’s ID number and click on the search icon. This populates the fields with the student’s information.
  2. See the “Advanced Search” section on how to search for the student’s record if ID number is not known.
  3. Click on the “External Passes” tab, on “Examinations Done”.

To Edit Examinations Done:

  1. Click on the “Student Information” button then at the “Student Information” page enter the student’s ID number and click on the search icon. This populates the fields with the student’s information.
  2. See the “Advanced Search” section on how to search for the student’s record if ID number is not known.
  3. Click on the “External Passes” tab then on “Examinations Done”.
  4. Select/Highlight the row with the information you wish to edit, click on the “Edit” button, make the necessary changes at the fields above  then click on the “Save” button.


To Delete Examinations Done:
  1. Click on the “Student Information” button then at the “Student Information” page enter the student’s ID number and click on the search icon. This populates the fields with the student’s information.
  2. See the “Advanced Search” section on how to search for the student’s record if ID number is not known.
  3. Click on the “External Passes” tab then on “Examinations Done”.
  4. Select/Highlight the row with the information you wish to delete, click on the “Delete” button then confirm the action at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen.
  5. Click on the “OK” button at the next dialogue box in order to complete the operation.
