This allows the user to view, add or remove student documents. Documents are added by uploaded scanned documents that have been submitted by the student.

To Add Student Documents:
- Click on the “Student Information” button then at the “Student Information” page enter the student’s ID number and click on the search icon. This populates the fields with the student’s information.
- See the “Advanced Search” section on how to search for the student’s record if ID number is not known.
- Click on the “Student Documents” tab, click on the icon at the “Upload” field. This brings you to the “Open” dialogue box from which you can select the folder on your computer that has the file.
- Select the file name then click on “Open”. This closes out the dialogue box and brings you back to the “Student Information” page and the “Upload” field will be populated with the file name. Enter the date that the document was submitted in the “Submitted” field and enter other data that is required then click on the “Save” button.
To View Student Documents:
- Click on the “Student Information” button then at the “Student Information” page enter the student’s ID number and click on the search icon. This populates the fields with the student’s information.
- See the “Advanced Search” section on how to search for the student’s record if ID number is not known.
- Click on the “Student Documents” tab then click on “Download” next to the file name of the document you wish to view. This opens a “Save As” dialogue box.
- Select the folder on your computer in which you would like to save the document then click on “Save”. This opens the file so that you can view it.
To Remove a Student Document:
- Click on the “Student Information” button then at the “Student Information” page enter the student’s ID number and click on the search icon. This populates the fields with the student’s information.
- See the “Advanced Search” section on how to search for the student’s record if ID number is not known.
- Click on the “Student Documents” tab then select/highlight the row with the file name that you wish to remove and click on the “Remove” button.
- Click “Yes” at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to confirm the action.
- Click on the “OK” button at the next dialogue box in order to complete the operation.
