This allows the user to view, add or remove courses from the “Course Listing” for a student for a selected term. The “Course Listing” may be filtered to show “All”, “Available” or “Full” courses and the user may view the seating status for a selected course. The user may also view the following information for the student: “Designation” i.e. local or international student, “Credit Limits”, “External Passes”, “Full Load”, “Extra Classes”, “Waiting List”, “Prerequisite Override Requests”, and “Failed Course Petitions” as well as print a registration receipt.

Course Selection Steps
- Click on the “Course Selection” button and you will be brought to the “Term Selection” box. Follow the instructions under the ‘Term Selection’ section to select the desired semester. The page that comes up will show two sections: “Course Listing” and “Selected Courses”.
- Enter the student’s ID number and click on the search icon. This populates the fields with the student’s information.
- See the “Advanced Search” section on how to search for the student’s record if ID number is not known.
To Add a Course:
- Highlight the course from the “Course Listing” and click the “Add” button.
- Click the “OK” button at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
- If a course is being added and there is a clash with a previously selected one a dialogue box will pop up on the screen to inform the user that there is a clash. Click on the “OK” button and another dialogue box will pop up which displays the course with which the selected course clashes.
- If there is an extra class associated with a selected course an “Add Extra Class” dialogue box will pop up on the screen. Select the extra class from the list and click on the “Submit” button. Click on the “Yes” button at the “Confirm Action” dialogue box which pops up then on the “OK” button at the next dialogue box in order to complete the operation.
To remove a course:
- Highlight the course from the “Selected Courses” section and click the “Remove” button.
- Click “Yes” at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to confirm the action.
