Here the user can add, edit or delete the names of institutions from which transfer credits are accepted. Click on “Institutions” at the sub-menu under “Transfer Credits”.

To add an institution name:
  1. Click the “Add” button and a new field will be created at the bottom of the listing and the fields at the top of the page will be activated so that the user can input data.
  2. Enter the required data (institution name, address, contact number, comments) then click the “Save” button.
  3. The institution name and other details will appear at the bottom of the listing. Click the “OK” button at the dialogue box which pops up in order to complete the operation.

To edit an institution name:
  1. Select/Highlight it from the listing then click on the “Edit” button. This activates the fields at the top of the page so that the user can input data.
  2. Make the required changes then click on the “Save” button.
  3. Click the “OK” button at the dialogue box which pops up in order to complete the operation.

To delete an institution name:
  1. Select/Highlight it from the listing then click on the “Delete” button.
  2. Click the “Yes” button at the dialogue box which pops up in order to confirm the action.
  3. Click the “OK” button at the next dialogue box which pops up in order to complete the operation.
  4. Click the “Close” button at the bottom of the page in order to go to the previous page.
