This allows the user to query a student’s account in order to view a range of information for that student.

  1. Click on the “Student Queries” button from any dashboard with this option.
  2. Enter the student’s ID number and click on the search button or, if ID number is not known, do an advanced search by following the instructions under the “Advanced Search” section.
  3. Click on the “Select Term/Year” button and follow the instructions under the “Term Selection” section to view student information for the selected semester. Note that there are three tabs which provide information on the student: “Academic Information”, “Contact Information” and “Financial Information”.
  4. There are also a number of links and buttons on the right of the page under the “Academic Information” tab which provides additional information.
