This allows the user to view a list of all failed course petitions submitted by students with the option to approve or deny.


  1. From the “Staff Portal” home page click on “Student Management System” then on “Failed Course Petition”. This takes you to a page with the listing of all requests.
  2. You may search for a particular request by entering the student’s ID number then click on the “Search” button.
  3. Click on “Select” next to the “Pending failed course requests” that you wish to approve or deny. This provides details of the request with a “Comments” box.
  4. Enter any comments you wish then click on the “Approve” or “Deny” button.
