This allows the user to view all outstanding requests for a selected term. The requests are categorized as “Override Requests”, “General Room Override Requests”, and “Room Requests” and you can either approve or deny those requests.

  1. From the home page, click on “Timetable Management System” at the top of the page then click on “Requests” at the “Admin Control Panel”.
  2. Select the term from the drop-down menu at the “Select Term” field on the “Requests” page. All the requests, if there are any, will be listed.
  3. The user then has the option to approve or deny requests by clicking on the appropriate button. If it is a room request, there are two icons under “Actions” which give the user the option to either “View available rooms” or to “Deny request”.
