Used to enter grades for a particular course

  1. Click on the “Grading” tab from the University Records dashboard; the “Grade Entry” page will be displayed.
  2. The “Term Selection” box will pop up when the user click on the “Select Term” button. Follow the instructions under Term Selection to select the desired semester.
  3. Click on the “Display” button to show the list of courses for which students have registered for the selected semester. This list is displayed on the right of the page under “Courses Quick View”
  4. Highlight the course for which you want to enter grades and the list of students will be displayed on the left side of the page
  5. To enter the grade for each student by double-click the grade field and input the grade.
  6. Click the “Save Grades” button and confirm the action before you end the session.
