Degree Lookup allows the user to view, add, edit or delete degree names.
- Click on the “Bulletin/Catalog” button on the Academic Records dashboard
- Click on the “Degree Lookup” button to go to the “Degrees Utility” page.
To add a degree name:
- Click on the “Add” button and enter the degree name and abbreviation at the top section of the page then click on the “Save” button
- Click the “OK” button at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
- The new degree name will appear in the “List of Degree Names”. Click the “Close” button if you wish to go to the previous page.
To edit a degree name:
- Highlight/Select it from the “List of Degree Names”
- Make the desired changes then click on the “Save” button
- Click “OK” at the dialogue box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
- Click the “Close” button at the bottom of the page if you wish to go to the previous page.
To delete a degree name:
- Highlight/Select it from the “List of Degree Names” and click the “Delete” button
- Click the “Yes” button at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to confirm the action
- Click the “OK” button at the next dialogue box in order to complete the operation.
- Click the “Close” button at the bottom of the page if you wish to go to the previous page.
