Degree Lookup allows the user to view, add, edit or delete degree names.


  1. Click on the “Bulletin/Catalog” button on the Academic Records dashboard
  2. Click on the “Degree Lookup” button to go to the “Degrees Utility” page.


To add a degree name:


  1. Click on the “Add” button and enter the degree name and abbreviation at the top section of the page then click on the “Save” button
  2. Click the “OK” button at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
  3. The new degree name will appear in the “List of Degree Names”. Click the “Close” button if you wish to go to the previous page.


To edit a degree name:


  1. Highlight/Select it from the “List of Degree Names”
  2. Make the desired changes then click on the “Save” button
  3. Click “OK” at the dialogue box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
  4. Click the “Close” button at the bottom of the page if you wish to go to the previous page.


To delete a degree name:


  1. Highlight/Select it from the “List of Degree Names” and click the “Delete” button
  2. Click the “Yes” button at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to confirm the action
  3. Click the “OK” button at the next dialogue box in order to complete the operation.
  4. Click the “Close” button at the bottom of the page if you wish to go to the previous page.
