Courses (All) allows the user to view, add, edit or delete courses.
- Click on the “Courses (All)” button on the Academic Records dashboard
- The “Course Listing” page which comes up shows a listing of all courses with the information for the highlighted course showing at the top.
To add a course:
- Click the “Add” button and enter all relevant data at the top of the page in the fields which have become activated then click the “Save” button
- To complete the operation click “OK” at the dialogue box that pops up on the screen. The new course will be shown at the bottom of the course listing.
- Click the “Close” button at the bottom of the page if you wish to go to the previous page.
To edit a course:
- Highlight/Select the course from the “Listing of All Courses” then click the “Edit” button. This activates the fields at the top for editing.
- Make the desired changes then click the “Save” button
- Click the “OK” button at the dialogue box which appears on the screen in order to complete the operation.
- Click the “Close” button at the bottom of the page if you wish to go to the previous page.
To delete a course:
- Highlight/Select the course from the “Listing of All Courses” then click the “Delete” button
- Click the “Yes” button on the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to confirm the action.
- Click the “OK” button at the next dialogue box in order to complete the operation.
- Click the “Close” button at the bottom of the page if you wish to go to the previous page.
