Courses (All) allows the user to view, add, edit or delete courses.


  1. Click on the “Courses (All)” button on the Academic Records dashboard
  2. The “Course Listing” page which comes up shows a listing of all courses with the information for the highlighted course showing at the top.

To add a course:


  1. Click the “Add” button and enter all relevant data at the top of the page in the fields which have become activated then click the “Save” button
  2. To complete the operation click “OK” at the dialogue box that pops up on the screen. The new course will be shown at the bottom of the course listing.
  3. Click the “Close” button at the bottom of the page if you wish to go to the previous page.


To edit a course:


  1. Highlight/Select the course from the “Listing of All Courses” then click the “Edit” button. This activates the fields at the top for editing.
  2. Make the desired changes then click the “Save” button
  3. Click the “OK” button at the dialogue box which appears on the screen in order to complete the operation.
  4. Click the “Close” button at the bottom of the page if you wish to go to the previous page.

To delete a course:


  1. Highlight/Select the course from the “Listing of All Courses” then click the “Delete” button
  2. Click the “Yes” button on the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to confirm the action.
  3. Click the “OK” button at the next dialogue box in order to complete the operation.
  4. Click the “Close” button at the bottom of the page if you wish to go to the previous page.
