Setup New Term Names Utility is used to add view, add, edit or delete term names. If in setting up a term you realize that a term name you want to use is not listed, you could use this utility to add one.
- At the “Term Setup Utility” page click on the tool icon next to the “Term” field on the left of the page. The “Term Names Setup” page will appear.
To add a term name:
- Click the “Add” button, enter the necessary data at the “Term Name” and “Comments” field at the top of the page then click on the “Save” button.
- The new term name will appear at the bottom of the “List of Term Names”. Click on the “Close” button at the bottom of the page if you want to go to the previous page
To edit a term name:
- Highlight/Select the term name from the “List of Term Names” and click the “Edit” button
- Enter the necessary data at the “Term Name” and “Comments” field at the top of the page then click the “Save” button
- Click on the “Close” button at the bottom of the page if you want to go to the previous page
To delete a term name:
- Highlight/Select the term name from the “List of Term Names” and click the “Delete” button
- Click the “Yes” button at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to confirm the action
- Click on the “Close” button at the bottom of the page if you want to go to the previous page
