Used to assign students to halls of residence on campus. The user can also view a listing of all students that are assigned to each hall of residence.
- Click on the “Housing” tab at the “Student Services” dashboard. This brings the user to the “Student Housing” page.
- Under “Housing Options” on the left of the page, select/highlight the “Housing Name” that you wish to see a listing of then click on the “Display” button below. The list will be displayed on the right of the page under “List of Students”.
- Click on “Print” at the bottom of the page if you wish to print the report.
- Click the printer icon at the “Campus Housing Report” preview page or click on the “Close” button at the bottom of the page if you wish to go to the previous page.
- To remove a student’s name from the hall listing, select/highlight the record then click on the “Remove” button at the bottom of the page.
- To assign a student to a hall of residence, enter the student’s ID number at the “Add Student” section on the left of the page then click on “Find” (Refer to the “Advanced Search” section if you need to use that option.).
- Choose the housing option from the drop-down list at the “House Option” field then click on the “Add” button
- Click the “OK” button at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen
- The listing that the student has been added to will show on the right of the page. Click “Print” to print the listing or the “Close” button to go to the previous page.
