Used to add, edit or delete symptom names from the “List of Symptoms”.
- At the”Student Services” dashboard, click on the “Symptoms List” button which is at the bottom of the page under “Setup Utilities”. This takes the user to the “List of Symptoms” page.
To add a symptom:
- Click on the “New” button; enter the data in the “Symptom Name” and “Comment” fields at the top of the page then click on the “Save” button.
- The new symptom will appear in the listing. Click on the “Close” button if you wish to go to the previous page.
To edit a symptom:
- Select/Highlight it from the “List of Symptoms” and click on the “Edit” button.
- Make the required changes to the data in the “Symptom Name” and “Comment” fields at the top of the page then click on the “Save” button.
- The updated information will appear in the listing. Click on the “Close” button if you wish to go to the previous page.
To delete a symptom:
- Select/Highlight it from the “List of Symptoms” and click on the “Delete” button
- Click the “OK” button at the information box which pops up on the screen.
- Click on the “Close” button if you wish to go to the previous page.
