Used to add, edit or delete a treatment name from the “List of Treatments/Medications”.


  1. At the “Student Services” dashboard, click on the “Medication/Treatments” button which is at the bottom of the page under “Setup Utilities”. This takes the user to the “List of Treatments/Medications” page.

To add a treatment:


  1. Click on the “New” button; enter the data in the “Treatment/Medical. Name” and “Comment” fields at the top of the page then click on the “Save” button.
  2. The new treatment will appear in the listing. Click on the “Close” button if you wish to go to the previous page.

To edit a treatment:


  1. Select/Highlight it from the “List of Treatments/Medications” and click on the “Edit” button.
  2. Make the required changes to the data in the “Treatment/Medical. Name” and “Comment” fields at the top of the page then click on the “Save” button.
  3. The updated information will appear in the listing. Click on the “Close” button if you wish to go to the previous page.

To delete a treatment:


  1. Select/Highlight it from the “List of Treatments/Medications” and click on the “Delete” button
  2. Click the “OK” button at the information box which pops up on the screen.
  3. The treatment/medication will be removed from the list. Click on the “Close” button if you wish to go to the previous page.
