Used to add, edit or delete subject names from the list of external subjects.

  1. At the”Reports and Utilities” dashboard, click on “Externals (Subject)” under the “Utilities” tab.

To add a subject name

  1. Click on “Add New” under the menu bar. A new field will be created at the bottom of the listing.
  2. Click in the area for “Subject Name” enter the name then click on “Save Data”
  3. Click on “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.

To edit a subject name:

  1. Double-click the field with the data, make the necessary changes then click on “Save Data”.
  2. Click on “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.

To delete a subject name:

  1. Select/Highlight the “Subject Name” then click on “Delete”
  2. Click on “Yes” at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to confirm the action.
  3. Click “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
