Used to add, edit or delete subject names from the list of external subjects.
- At the”Reports and Utilities” dashboard, click on “Externals (Subject)” under the “Utilities” tab.
To add a subject name
- Click on “Add New” under the menu bar. A new field will be created at the bottom of the listing.
- Click in the area for “Subject Name” enter the name then click on “Save Data”
- Click on “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
To edit a subject name:
- Double-click the field with the data, make the necessary changes then click on “Save Data”.
- Click on “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
To delete a subject name:
- Select/Highlight the “Subject Name” then click on “Delete”
- Click on “Yes” at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to confirm the action.
- Click “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
