Used to add, edit or delete names from the list of school types.


  1. At the”Reports and Utilities” dashboard, click on “School Type” under the “Utilities” tab.

To add a new school type

  1. Click on “Add New” under the menu bar. A new field will be created at the bottom of the listing.
  2. Click in the area for “School Type” enter the name then click on “Save Data”.
  3. Click on “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.

To edit a school type name:


  1. Double-click the field with the data, make the necessary changes then click on “Save Data”.
  2. Click on “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.

To delete a school type:

  1. Select/Highlight the “School Type” then click on “Delete”
  2. Click on “Yes” at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to confirm the action.
  3. Click “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
