Learning modes gives the user the opportunity to assign the time of day/week that a student prefers to have his/her classes.


  1. Click on “Learning Modes” under the “Utilities” tab at the “Reports and Utilities” dashboard. This brings the user to the “Learning Modes” page.

To add a learning mode:

  1. Click on “Add New” under the menu bar. A new field will be created at the bottom of the listing.
  2. Double-click in the area for “Time Mode” to enter the mode then double-click in the description field to enter a description; click on “Save Data”.

To edit a learning mode:

  1. Double-click the field with the data, make the necessary changes then click on “Save Data”.

To delete a learning mode:


  1. Select/Highlight the “Time Mode” then click on “Delete”
  2. The learning mode will be removed from the listing
  3. Click on “Yes” at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to confirm the action.
  4. Click “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
