Used to add, edit or delete entries from the list of exam boards. Exam boards are the different examining bodies that subjects are accepted from for students’ entry to college.
- At the”Reports and Utilities” dashboard, click on “Exam Boards” under the “Utilities” tab.
To add a new board name:
- Click on “Add New” under the menu bar. A new field will be created at the bottom of the listing.
- Click in the area for “Board Name” enter the name then click on “Save Data”.
- Click on “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
To edit a board name:
- Double-click the field with the data, make the necessary changes then click on “Save Data”.
- Click on “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
To delete a board name:
- Select/Highlight the “Board Name” then click on “Delete”
- Click on “Yes” at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to confirm the action.
- Click “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
