Used to add, edit or delete entries from the list of exam boards. Exam boards are the different examining bodies that subjects are accepted from for students’ entry to college.


  1. At the”Reports and Utilities” dashboard, click on “Exam Boards” under the “Utilities” tab.


To add a new board name:

  1. Click on “Add New” under the menu bar. A new field will be created at the bottom of the listing.
  2. Click in the area for “Board Name” enter the name then click on “Save Data”.
  3. Click on “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.


To edit a board name:


  1. Double-click the field with the data, make the necessary changes then click on “Save Data”.
  2. Click on “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.

To delete a board name:

  1. Select/Highlight the “Board Name” then click on “Delete”
  2. Click on “Yes” at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to confirm the action.
  3. Click “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
