Used to add, edit or delete names from the list of “School Name”. These school names are the different schools from which students come.
- At the”Reports and Utilities” dashboard, click on “Schools” under the “Utilities” tab.
To add a school name:
- Click on “Add New” under the menu bar. A new field will be created at the bottom of the listing.
- Click in the space for “School Name” and enter the name. Under “School Type” click on the arrow for the drop-down list and select the type of school from the listing then click on “Save Data”.
- Click on “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
To edit a school name:
- Double-click the field with the data, make the necessary changes then click on “Save Data”.
- Click on “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
To delete a school name:
- Select/Highlight the “School Name” then click on “Delete”
- Click on “Yes” at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to confirm the action.
- Click “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
