Used to add, edit or delete names from the list of “School Name”. These school names are the different schools from which students come.


  1. At the”Reports and Utilities” dashboard, click on “Schools” under the “Utilities” tab.

To add a school name:


  1. Click on “Add New” under the menu bar. A new field will be created at the bottom of the listing.
  2. Click in the space for “School Name” and enter the name. Under “School Type” click on the arrow for the drop-down list and select the type of school from the listing then click on “Save Data”.
  3. Click on “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.

To edit a school name:

  1. Double-click the field with the data, make the necessary changes then click on “Save Data”.
  2. Click on “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.

To delete a school name:

  1. Select/Highlight the “School Name” then click on “Delete”
  2. Click on “Yes” at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to confirm the action.
  3. Click “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
