Used to add, edit or delete entries from the list of Languages.


  1. At the”Reports and Utilities” dashboard, click on “Languages” under the “Utilities” tab. The “Languages” page will appear.

To add an entry to the list of language names:

  1. Click on “Add New”; a new field will be created at the bottom of the listing.
  2. Click in the space for “Language” and enter the name then click on “Save Data”.
  3. Click on “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.

To edit a language name:

  1. Double-click the field with the data, make the necessary changes then click on “Save Data”.
  2. Click on “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.

To delete a language name:

  1. Select/Highlight the language name then click on “Delete”.
  2. Click on “Yes” at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to confirm the action.
  3. Click “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
