Used to add, edit or delete entries from the list of Languages.
- At the”Reports and Utilities” dashboard, click on “Languages” under the “Utilities” tab. The “Languages” page will appear.
To add an entry to the list of language names:
- Click on “Add New”; a new field will be created at the bottom of the listing.
- Click in the space for “Language” and enter the name then click on “Save Data”.
- Click on “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
To edit a language name:
- Double-click the field with the data, make the necessary changes then click on “Save Data”.
- Click on “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
To delete a language name:
- Select/Highlight the language name then click on “Delete”.
- Click on “Yes” at the dialogue box which pops up on the screen in order to confirm the action.
- Click “OK” at the information box that pops up on the screen in order to complete the operation.
